Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring an IT Sales Executive to help us grow our software and technology business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to clients, generating leads, conducting meetings, giving product demos, and closing B2B sales.

You will be responsible for finding potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software/IT solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, online research, and field visits.

• Identify potential customers and introduce them to our software and technology solutions.

• Connect with decision-makers and schedule client meetings.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.

• Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle.

• Negotiate with clients and close deals.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Explore new industries, markets, and business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

• Maintain regular records of calls, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or related roles.

• Experience selling software, SaaS, IT products, AI tools, or technology solutions will be an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good sales, negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with cold calling and client-facing sales.

• Comfortable with local field visits and meeting potential clients.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing sales.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
