Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries for travel packages, flights, hotels, and holidays
Convert leads into bookings through calls, WhatsApp, and online channels
Promote travel products and offers through sales & marketing activities
Coordinate with customers for post-sales support and service follow-ups
Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Freshers or candidates with prior sales/marketing experience
Good communication and convincing skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of travel/tourism is a plus (training will be provided)
Comfortable with phone-based and online sales
