Sales & Marketing Executive

They are responsible for building strong client relationships, providing expert technical advice on HVAC solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They often manage sales pipelines, track performance, and analyze market trends to refine sales approaches. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.

  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored HVAC solutions.

  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.

• Sales Operations:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and track sales performance against targets.

  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and sales data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.

  • Provide expert technical advice to clients and internal teams.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory standards.

• Performance Management:

  • Monitor sales performance against established goals and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance updates.

  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team and contribute to their development.
