⚡ Sales & Service Engineer Job Summary

🎯 Position :Sales & Service Engineer (Electrical or Electronics Engineers – degree holders preferred).

🇮🇳 Key Mandatory Condition

Candidate must be open for travelling across India (PAN India travel).

🛠️ Core Service & Support Responsibilities

• Pre-Installation: Interact with clients on utility requirements before machine installation.

• Installation: Install Quality Testing Equipment at customer premises.

• Troubleshooting & Repair:

o Diagnose and troubleshoot problems on-site.

o Replace necessary spares/faulty parts.

o Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams to trace faults.

• Customer Interaction:

o Test equipment performance and provide demonstrations/training on operation and servicing.

o Explain the problem and rectification process to the client.

o Provide remote support and diagnose issues remotely.

o Recommend necessary spares/parts.

• Coordination & Reporting:

o Coordinate with Equipment Manufacturers (Principals) for critical breakdowns.

o Prepare visit reports and necessary documentation.

• Specific Knowledge: NABL Knowledge is required.

💡 Essential Skills Required

• Technical: Good Technical Knowledge, Basic understanding of Electronic/Electrical tools (to measure parameters), Understanding of repair tools/technology.

• Soft Skills:

o Strong/Effective Communication and Customer Service skills.

o Good Negotiation Skills.

o Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.

o Demonstration Skills.

o Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

• Business: Sales Skills, Competitive Analysis Skills.
