We are looking for a Field Sales Executive for Titan Store distribution operations. The candidate should have experience in FMCG field sales and distributor handling. The role involves market visits, retailer engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Manage field distribution and retailer network.
Appoint and handle distributors (if required).
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Conduct regular market visits and generate new leads.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Submit daily sales reports and MIS updates.
1–4 years of experience in FMCG / Field Sales.
Experience in distributor handling and retail coverage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
