Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and demonstrate company products/services to customers.
Prepare and submit sales quotations and proposals.
Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, accounts, and logistics for order execution.
Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
