Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Lead Generation & Coordinator to join our core team in Ghaziabad. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and actively participating in client meetings to drive revenue growth. This is a target-driven role that bridges the gap between marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential clients through various channels including online platforms, industry databases, cold calls, and email campaigns. Maintain and update a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Meetings & Follow-ups: Independently plan and conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person. Understand client pain points, deliver compelling product/service presentations, and manage post-meeting follow-ups to convert leads into successful deals.
Coordination & Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination between the sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate requirement gathering, and timely project execution.
Market Intelligence: Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to provide actionable insights for strategy refinement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead conversion rates, client feedback, and sales performance to the management team.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales coordination, or business development support.
Client Meeting Experience: Demonstrated experience in organizing and leading client meetings, with strong skills in requirement gathering and consultative selling.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Coordination Skills: Strong cross-functional coordination and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital collaboration tools.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Must be a collaborative team player.
