Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate / BDE with 1–2 years of experience to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships. Candidates with experience in Software/SaaS solutions will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and online channels.
• Present and demonstrate software/SaaS solutions to potential clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in SaaS/software sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle client interactions and presentations
• Basic understanding of sales funnel and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B sales environment
