Key Tasks:

• Call prospects via phone, WhatsApp —pitch clearly, handle objections, and close the appointment confidently.

• Maintain a guest pipeline (e.g. spreadsheet), track outreach status and follow-ups.

• Often Visit guests’ offices in nearby areas to help build rapport and make that invitation more compelling.

• Secure confirmations and manage scheduling—coordinate dates, reminders, and guest prep.

Ideal Candidate:

• Smart, well‑spoken, and Confident—especially on calls and face‑to‑face meetings

• Comfortable with visiting high profile guests physically, combined with calling outreach

• Fluent in Bengali, Hindi & English

• Excellent communication skills.

• Highly organized and proactive—able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously with attention to detail
