Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, references, marketplaces and existing databases.
Sales Pitching & Software Demos: Present and demonstrate our software solutions (online/offline) to prospects confidently.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Focus on understanding customer needs and answering their pain points
Follow-ups & Conversions: Prepare follow up schedule and perform continuous follow-ups to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
Business Development Planning: Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities for consistent achievable growth.
Market Research: Conduct field visits, attend events, join webinars and gather insights to identify opportunities and stay updated with market trends.
Customer Support: Provide after-sales support, re-training, and assistance when required.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM, Google Sheets, and task lists to track leads, opportunities, and progress.
Team Collaboration: Work as a team player, learn from seniors, and guide interns when needed.
Innovation: Take initiatives to boost sales through creative campaigns, irresistible sales offer, networking, and market expansion.
Continuous Learning: Improve communication, negotiation skills, product knowledge, various type of business workflows, and market awareness regularly.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal and convincing skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).
Passion for sales, marketing, and customer interaction.
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
Experienced candidates in software/ERP/SaaS sales will be given preference.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Basic knowledge of software products and eagerness to master product features.

⏰ Working Hours & Sales Availability
Our standard office working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
However, sales is not a shift-based activity. Being in sales means being proactive, responsive, and available as per the client’s convenience.
In today’s competitive market, when we receive a lead from social media, marketplace, or references, chances are that multiple competitors may contact the same prospect.
The first response often wins the deal — if we delay, the customer may lose interest, ignore calls, or even say they are “not looking for services” despite being a genuine prospect.
Expectations from Sales Professionals
You must be reachable and responsive beyond standard office hours, if required, to attend new leads or urgent client requirements.
Calls, WhatsApp, and emails from leads should be acknowledged quickly, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
Flexibility is key — sales professionals are expected to manage their time effectively, balancing personal schedules with client and business requirements.
This does not mean continuous working—but it does mean being available and responsive whenever an opportunity arises.
