We are hiring a target-oriented Sales Executive who can actively convert leads into business and drive revenue growth. This role involves handling inbound leads, aggressive follow-ups, and managing e-commerce order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call and convert leads generated from platforms like TradeIndia, IndiaMART, etc.
• Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and closures
• Handle incoming orders from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, etc.) and ensure timely dispatch
• Generate repeat orders by connecting with existing and old customers
Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients (shops/dealers), share product catalog/pricelist, and follow up to generate and close orders
• Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
• Coordinate with the marketing agency to monitor lead flow and quality
• Identify gaps in lead generation and report/escalate issues to management
• Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
• Prior experience in tele-sales / inside sales preferred
• Comfortable with target-based performance and pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and result-focused
Compensation:
