💰 COMMISSION STRUCTURE (CLEAR & TRANSPARENT)
• 8% – 10% commission per confirmed sale
• Average deal value: ₹6–25 lakhs
• Commission per deal: ₹48,000 – ₹2,50,000
• No fixed salary, no earning cap
