Job Description :
We are a fast-growing company specializing in industry of salon furniture. With a strong base of incoming leads, we are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who can effectively convert leads into customers and help us achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/software.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

• Prior experience in [your industry] will be preferred (but not mandatory).
