Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Research and identify tender opportunities relevant to the company's business objectives.

·         Analyse tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

·         Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, and finance teams, to gather information and prepare tender documents.

·         Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

·         Liaise with external agencies and partners, as necessary, to gather required information for tender submissions.

·         Review and negotiate tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.

·         Maintain a database of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.

·         Monitor and track tender results and provide regular updates to management.

·         Assist in the development of tender strategies and pricing models to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
