Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead to manage and guide the Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, monitoring daily activities, providing coaching and support, and ensuring smooth coordination between team members and management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Sales & Marketing team.
Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
Motivate and guide team members to achieve sales goals.
Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Resolve team concerns and operational challenges.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure adherence to company processes and policies.
Coordinate with management regarding team performance and business updates.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and team management.
Experience
0 – 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, or Team Handling.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
