The Business Development Executive Intern will be responsible for driving business growth through sales outreach, lead generation, and client onboarding across financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through In-office/ Field Sales and acquire new clients for company services including Stock Market, Mutual Fund, Loan, and Insurance.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings in-office or client office as required. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Cross-sell and existing sell company services to clients.
Maintain daily sales reports, CRM, Follow-up and pipeline updates.
Participate in promotional work, events, and marketing activities.
Work on target achievement through own sourcing and lead generation. No data or lead will be given by the company.
Perform multitasking duties assigned by the Company.
Contribute to branding initiatives, client engagement, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Skills Required
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Sales-driven attitude with target achievement mindset.
Willingness to do field or office sales as required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.
