Job Description

We are looking for customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to represent our membership program at premium hotel locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership enrollments, engaging with customers, coordinating with hotel teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the membership program at assigned hotel locations.
Promote and enroll walk-in guests and prospective customers into the membership program.
Collect and maintain customer data for future membership outreach.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential members.
Coordinate with hotel teams to assist customers with reservations and other service requests.
Support hotel staff in using the membership platform, mobile application, and website, and assist during technical issues.
Monitor program performance and effectively communicate updates and value propositions to hotel stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, aviation, travel, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Smart, confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented personality.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Experience in luxury retail, hotels, aviation, banquets, or travel sales will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
