Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell our Pleated Mosquito Mesh, Invisible Grilles, and Ceiling Cloth Hangers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, good at communication, and capable of handling customer inquiries both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, field visits, and online inquiries.

• Meet customers at their homes or project sites to explain product features and take measurements (if required).

• Maintain a good relationship with interior designers, builders, and contractors for B2B sales.

• Prepare and share quotations, follow up for closures, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the installation and service team to ensure smooth order execution.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 0 -6 months of experience in field sales (home improvement/interior/building materials preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp/CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + incentives (based on performance)

• Timings: Flexible Timings
