Job Title: Steel Sales Executive (Field Sales)

We are expanding our sales network and looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Steel Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers including fabricators, builders, contractors, distributors, and retailers.

• Identify and approach new clients to expand market reach.

• Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, understand requirements, and promote products.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, and production) to ensure smooth order execution.

• Prepare daily visit reports, maintain CRM records, and update management on sales performance.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in steel sales or B2B industrial product sales (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of local steel markets and customer base.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.

• Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
