Experience : Retails/ Textile/ Banking/ Insurance/ Showrooms/ Others.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right Scotty/Scooter model, explaining product features, conducting test rides, and completing the sales process. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a passion for automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements

Explain various Scotty/Scooter models, features, mileage, pricing, and offers

Provide guidance on finance options, EMI, and documentation

Arrange and coordinate test rides for customers

Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the showroom manager

Prepare sales quotations and follow up with potential buyers

Assist customers through the entire booking and delivery process

Update daily sales reports and customer inquiry logs

Maintain the showroom display and ensure scooters are clean and presentable

Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications:

12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of scooters/two-wheelers (training will be provided)

Ability to persuade and convert inquiries into sales

Customer-friendly attitude

Knowledge of local area and customer preferences

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM entry)
