ARON TUBES is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our range of industrial products. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
Generate inquiries and convert leads into long-term customers.
Promote and present the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with the purchase and technical teams to understand customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management.
Job Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred).
6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Industrial Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online business platforms.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, pipes, tubes, fittings, metals, or engineering products will be an added advantage.
