Job Description

Position is E-Commerce Officer.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support by handling customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. You will assist customers in placing orders, create invoices, follow up on sales leads, and coordinate with the warehouse and stores to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment, while providing a seamless customer experience throughout the buying journey.
