About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. This is an office-based job with some fieldwork. You will talk to customers, follow up on leads, and help them find the right property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and visits

• Manage leads using CRM software and maintain follow-ups

• Talk to walk-in clients and explain property options

• Visit sites with clients and show them the property

• Prepare and update marketing materials and presentations

• Help close sales by building trust and good relationships

Who Can Apply:

• Graduate or Diploma in any stream

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or any sales/customer service job preferred

• Good spoken and written communication

• Must know how to use computers and basic software (MS Office, CRM)

• Should be friendly, confident, and goal-oriented

• Ready to travel locally for client visits

• Language: Must speak [English, Hindi, Gujarati – update as needed]
