Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our hospitality and resort business.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, promoting resort and hospitality packages, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references, networking and online channels.

- Promote and sell company resort, hospitality, events, packages and other services.

- Identify potential corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, tour operators and individual customers.

- Make regular client visits and conduct presentations of company properties and packages.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings/business.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Prepare quotations, proposals and package details as required.

- Negotiate with clients within approved company guidelines.

- Coordinate with the Reservations, Operations, Front Office, Events and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups and conversions.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.

- Participate in exhibitions, corporate meetings, promotional activities and networking events.

- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.

- Ensure professional representation of the company and its properties at all times.

- Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Commerce or any relevant field.

- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel or tourism.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

- Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/sales reporting.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler would be an advantage.
