Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will play important role in driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to identify their needs and offer appropriate products or services.
Sales Targets:- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
Lead Generation:- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Product Knowledge:-Stay informed about product features, services, pricing, and market trends to provide customers with relevant and accurate information.
Negotiation:- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
Customer Support:- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting:- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions.
Team Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align efforts and share insights.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: Proven work experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
