We are seeking an experienced AGM – Sales & Marketing (Real Estate) with strong expertise in banking, home loans, and insurance products. The candidate will lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage channel partners, and support customers with financing and insurance solutions to ensure smooth deal closures.
Lead sales & marketing operations for residential and commercial real estate projects
Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and target-based campaigns
Handle direct sales teams, channel partners, and brokers
Drive site visits, negotiations, and high-value deal closures
Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for home loan processing and approvals
Guide customers on home loans, mortgage options, and interest structures
Manage insurance products including life, property, and loan-linked insurance
Ensure compliance with RERA, banking, and insurance norms
Plan digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities
Maintain CRM, MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline management
Ensure seamless coordination with legal, finance, and CRM teams
Enhance customer experience from lead generation to possession
Strong knowledge of Real Estate Sales & Marketing
In-depth understanding of Banking, Home Loans & Insurance
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closure skills
Team leadership and channel partner management
Expertise in CRM systems and MIS reporting
Customer relationship and problem-solving skills
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Finance
Experience handling banking tie-ups and insurance coordination
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
