Marketing & Sales Executive

SR Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into customers

• Visit client sites and conduct product presentations

• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers

• Promote hardware and interior solution products such as hinges, runners, partitions, laminates, and surface materials

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of interior, hardware, furniture fittings, or construction products preferred

• Ability to travel for client meetings

• Self-motivated and target-driven

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
