We are looking for a smart, confident, and self-motivated female sales executive who can communicate effectively, build strong client relationships, and convert interest into consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential and existing customers to introduce astrology consultation services.

Understand client needs and suggest suitable services or astrologers.

Build strong rapport with clients through excellent communication and follow-ups.

Maintain records of customer interactions and track lead conversion.

Work closely with the astrologer and support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Requirements:

Female candidates only

1–4 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer relationship roles

Excellent spoken Hindi; Basic English understanding (preferred)

Strong communication and listening skills

Confident, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent

Ability to understand customer needs with a caring and respectful tone

Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge

Preferred Skills:

Experience in astrology, wellness, or spiritual services domain

Prior telesales or telemarketing experience

Comfortable working with call-based targets
