🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls to fresh & follow-up leads
✅ Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to customers
✅ Understand client requirements & suggest suitable properties
✅ Schedule & coordinate site visits
✅ Maintain lead database and follow up regularly
✅ Achieve monthly lead & site visit targets
✅ Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships
✅ Work closely with the sales team for closing deals

🔹 Required Skills

✅ Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language)
✅ Basic real estate knowledge preferred
✅ Ability to persuade & handle rejections
✅ Good follow-up & coordination skills
✅ Basic computer/CRM knowledge
