We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Kemical Konnect. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers for the company's product portfolio.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and market research.
Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve sales while ensuring healthy profit margins.
Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and accounts for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Submit regular sales reports and perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation,Cold Calling,Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
