Responsibilities:
●Actively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) markets.
● Plan and execute regular sales visits to potential clients, schools, colleges, and technology enthusiasts to demonstrate our products and convert leads into orders.
● Develop a deep understanding of Innotrat's hardware and software products to effectively communicate their value propositions and technical specifications to customers.
● Act as a crucial link between the market and the product team. Proactively collect and pass on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to help inform future product development.
● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage leads, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
● Represent Innotrat at industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand our network and generate new leads.
● Work with a high degree of efficiency to manage time, resources, and customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to post-sales support.
● Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology sector (hardware
and/or software).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong, hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C sales strategies.
● A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
● A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
● Willingness to travel locally within Chennai for sales visits.
● Knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, or educational technology is a strong
advantage.
