Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
