Position Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in US Staffing will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and initiating contact with potential clients in the United States seeking staffing solutions. This role primarily involves proactive outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for senior sales team members. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a foundational understanding of the US staffing market

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting and conduct extensive research to identify potential clients (direct clients, MSPs, prime vendors) in the US market who require staffing services.

• Utilize various tools and platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, industry directories, and company websites to build targeted lists of prospects.

• Develop a basic understanding of the US staffing industry, including market trends, common technologies, and different staffing models
