Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote the company's medical and surgical products to potential customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders to improve conversion rates.
Upsell and cross-sell products wherever appropriate.
2. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, laboratories, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions.
Build relationships with medical equipment dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.
Generate leads through online research, telephone calls, emails, and other business channels.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Order & Sales Coordination
Prepare and share quotations, product details, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the order processing, inventory, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Follow up on pending payments and outstanding customer accounts, wherever assigned.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
