Job Description – Academic Consultant (Course Sales)

Work Mode: Work From Office (Delhi)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales / Inside Sales / Education Sales
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and experienced Academic Consultant who will be responsible for counselling prospective students about our E-commerce training courses, handling leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls with prospects.

• Counsel prospects regarding our E-commerce courses based on their career goals and learning requirements.

• Explain course modules, benefits, fees and outcomes effectively.

• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Handle queries, objections and concerns professionally.

• Convert qualified leads into paid course enrollments.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

• Track daily calling and sales performance.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students.

• Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth enrollment process.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory. Experience in inside sales, education/course sales, telecalling or academic counselling will be preferred. The candidate should possess excellent communication, convincing, negotiation and closing skills, be confident in both telephonic and face-to-face interactions, and be comfortable working with sales targets. Basic knowledge of E-commerce or online business will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Growth:
