Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate Humppl’s growth by generating high-quality leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution and marketing strategy, requiring both outreach hustle and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
Cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach
Networking, events, and partnerships
Digital campaigns and inbound channels
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Research target markets, industries, and customer segments
2. Sales Execution
Reach out to prospects, pitch Humppl’s offerings, and schedule meetings/demo calls
Understand client needs and position the product/service accordingly
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads
3. Marketing Support
Collaborate with marketing team to:
Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation
Optimize messaging and positioning
Provide feedback from the market and customers
Assist in content ideas, campaigns, and growth experiments
4. Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
Act as a point of contact for key accounts
5. Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on:
Leads generated
Conversion rates
Sales pipeline progress
Use CRM tools to manage leads and activities
Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data
Key Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven ability in lead generation and closing deals
Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Knowledge of B2B sales processes
