Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Business Development with a proven ability to drive final-stage sales. This individual will focus on nurturing warm leads, conducting persuasive presentations, handling objections, and ensuring successful project sign-ups. The role demands high-level interpersonal skills, an understanding of the healthcare industry, and a sharp focus on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with pre-qualified leads and guide them through the final stages of the sales funnel
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers (doctors, hospital administrators, investors, etc.)
• Present Hospertz’s turnkey solutions with clarity and confidence
• Customize proposals and solutions to suit client-specific requirements
• Address concerns, handle objections, and negotiate pricing/contracts when needed
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and project teams for smooth transition post-deal closure
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly closure targets
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
Work Experience:
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare, real estate, or infrastructure domain
