About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property site visits, and converting prospects into successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
- Understand clients’ requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Explain property projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other details.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with builders, developers, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales roles will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
