Growthora Advisory Private Limited is seeking a proactive, target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our BD / Pre-Sales team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential business opportunities, engaging prospective corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads across relevant corporate sectors.
Connect with key decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and professional networks to pitch advisory services.
Manage the pre-sales pipeline from initial engagement to lead nurturing, product presentation, and deal closing.
Understand client business challenges and position tailored advisory solutions effectively.
Maintain clear documentation of client interactions, pipelines, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools.
Collaborate closely with internal consulting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, or Pre-Sales.
Strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and consultative negotiation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to handle client objections and build long-term business relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
