Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist for multiple locations: Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Ambala, India.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving individual sales performance, developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will identify potential clients, generate leads, close deals, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and campaigns aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients

• Proven expertise in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Ability to generate leads, follow up, and close deals independently

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to collaborate with teams while owning individual performance goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Understanding of the fitness and wellness industry is a plus

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
