Sales Executive (Real Estate – Inside Sales & Closing)

Role Objective
We are looking for a Sales Powerhouse who specializes in lead conversion and professional closing. In this role, your primary focus is "The Hunt"—identifying high-intent prospects through proactive outreach, qualifying them through rigorous cold calling, and driving them toward a final purchase decision for our premium villa and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to convert raw databases and web inquiries into qualified site visits.
Lead Lifecycle Management:
Take complete ownership of the sales funnel, ensuring every lead is nurtured with professional, persistent, and timely follow-up.
Consultative Sales: Present our premium projects to HNI clients, focusing on the ROI, structural integrity, and the "Pride in Workmanship" that defines GR Projects.
Negotiation & Closing: Master the art of the "Close"—handling price objections, explaining payment schedules, and securing bookings.
CRM Excellence: Maintain 100% accuracy in our CRM system to track lead status, interaction history, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Cold Calling Expertise: 3–4 years of experience in high-ticket outbound sales (Real Estate experience is a major plus).
Trilingual Fluency: Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
This is essential for handling our diverse Bengaluru client base.
Closing Skills: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Sales Psychology: Ability to build instant rapport, handle rejection with a positive attitude, and "read" client needs over the phone.
Technical Literacy: Understanding of real estate terminology (RERA, Khata types, carpet area) and the ability to explain project blueprints clearly.
