We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the Forex and Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business for Forex services including Retail Forex, Corporate Forex, Travel Cards, and Remittances.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, travel agencies, institutions, and individual customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Marketing & Client Acquisition
Execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business tie-ups.
Coordinate with travel agencies, colleges, hospitals, corporates, exporters, and importers.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and networking activities.
Support branding and lead generation initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide accurate information on Forex products and services.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and retention activities.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, AML/KYC guidelines, and company policies.
Maintain documentation and sales records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth transaction processing.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
3-4 years of Sales & Business Development experience.
Experience in Forex, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of Forex products and RBI regulations preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Candidates
Experience in FFMC, AD Category-II, Bank Forex Operations, or related financial services.
Existing corporate/client network is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
