Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our distribution network. The ideal candidate will visit retailers and distributors, generate sales, build strong customer relationships, ensure product availability, and achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, dealers, and distributors on a planned route.
Generate primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
Identify and onboard new retailers and channel partners.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
Execute trade promotions and company schemes.
Meet monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities using the company's CRM or reporting tools.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections where required.
Resolve retailer and distributor concerns promptly.
