Namma Nook is a creative community space in Bangalore, available for hosting workshops, dance & fitness classes, art sessions, kids’ birthday parties, and community events. We’re building a lively hub where people come together to learn, celebrate, and connect.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive bookings for our space by building partnerships with event hosts, artists, educators, and small business owners. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and creating awareness about Namma Nook across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard potential partners — dance instructors, artists, workshop hosts, event planners, and small business owners.
Generate leads through online research, local networking, and community outreach.
Manage inquiries, schedule space visits, and close bookings.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and on-ground) to increase visibility.
Collaborate with local communities, schools, and brands for tie-ups and recurring events.
Create basic promotional content (reels, posts, event highlights) in coordination with the design team.
Maintain reports on leads, conversions, and marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community management (preferably in events, hospitality, or co-working).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a go-getter attitude and passion for community engagement.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
Comfortable working on weekends when events are scheduled (with compensatory off).
