Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Research, collect, organize, and regularly update potential customer/lead data from various sources.

• Maintain and manage the lead database, track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and ensure timely action on potential opportunities.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce products/services, understand customer requirements, and generate qualified leads.

• Coordinate with the sales team and assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives based on territory, product, or other relevant criteria.

• Monitor assigned leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper and timely follow-up until the lead reaches the next stage.

• Use platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to identify and generate potential business leads.

• Support and execute social media marketing activities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

• Prepare creative and professional social media marketing templates, promotional creatives, posts, and other marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.

• Assist in planning and executing digital and social media campaigns focused on generating enquiries and potential customers.

• Maintain daily/weekly reports related to calls, leads generated, leads assigned, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, follow-up processes, and overall lead conversion.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales

• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes

• Knowledge of social media platforms and social media marketing

• Ability to create basic marketing creatives/templates using Canva or similar tools

• Good data management and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
