Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Operations & Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to coordinate sales activities and day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective customers, existing clients, and sales leads.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, order status, and pending follow-ups.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and lead tracking reports.
Assist in preparing sales reports and updating CRM records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Operations Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and execution.
Follow up on order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
Maintain operational records, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with the production, purchase, accounts, and service teams as required.
