KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Handle leads provided by the company and contact potential customers for appointment scheduling.
Conduct day-to-day field visits and client meetings to explain company products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure successful lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and sales updates in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve monthly targets related to meetings, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
Provide regular feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare daily activity reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
A two-wheeler or a four-wheeler is mandatory for field visits and client meetings.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in service-based industries such as security, surveillance, SaaS, or telecom
Hands-on experience in lead nurturing and CRM strategy development
Prior experience managing both on-ground and in-office marketing teams
