Needs Discovery: Conduct thorough on-site assessments to understand the client's acoustic, visual, and architectural limitations, translating their business needs into technical AV requirements.
BOQ Collaboration: Meet directly with the internal AV Design & Engineering team to translate site notes into an accurate, optimized Bill of Quantities ($BOQ$) and technical system blueprint.
Proposal Delivery: Review the engineered $BOQ$ for commercial viability, package it into a comprehensive sales proposal, and deliver it to the client within strict deadlines.
On-Site Solution Walking: Return to the client's physical site to walk them through the proposed AV design, explaining exactly where hardware (displays, speakers, core racks) will be integrated and why the setup fits their space.
Objection Handling & Closing: Manage commercial negotiations, address technical or budgeting objections, and drive the client contract to final signature and closure.
Post-Sales Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of the signed project, blueprints, and client expectations over to the Post-Sales and Project Deployment teams for installation.
