We are looking for 10 Female Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Rabale, Navi Mumbai.

📍 Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

👩 Gender: Female

👥 Openings: 10 Candidates

🎓 Education: SSC / HSC / Graduate

💼 Experience: 1–2 years in Sales / Telecalling / Field Sales

🎂 Age: 18–35 Years

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives

🎁 Incentives: Up to ₹20,000

🕘 Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

📅 Working: 6 Days

🚌 Transportation: Available

💵 Salary Date: 10th–12th of every month

📄 Required Documents: Valid ID Proof

📋 Notice Period: 30 Days

📞 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce waterproofing chemical products/services.

• Follow up with leads and existing prospects to convert enquiries into sales.

• Build strong rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.

• Identify potential leads through effective questioning and communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Manage calling time efficiently to maximize productivity and conversions.

• Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status.

• Develop strong knowledge of waterproofing chemical products, industry trends and sales techniques.

• Follow predefined calling scripts while adapting the conversation according to customer requirements.

• Handle customer queries professionally and communicate product benefits clearly.
