Sales & Marketing Executive

Note; we are looking for someone having experience in Mutual Funds, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and other financial solutions. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and technology-savvy individual to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Marketing

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, and social media.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

• Explain insurance and investment products professionally.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

💼 Back Office Operations

• Maintain client records and documentation.

• Process insurance renewals and policy-related paperwork.

• Prepare quotations and send renewal reminders.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and service providers.

• Maintain accurate MIS and reports.

💻 Technology & AI

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT for drafting emails, proposals, social media posts, and office productivity.

• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Basic sales and customer service skills

• Strong computer knowledge

• Quick learner with a positive attitude

• Well-organized and self-disciplined

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence

• Four-Wheeler Driving Licence (Preferred)

• Own two-wheeler will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Insurance, Mutual Funds, Banking, or Financial Services.

• Good presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Honest, sincere, and customer-focused.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
